Don't Let the Bastards Get You Down

MommyLikesFruitSnacksToo

I am new here. I am scared. I am in my 40's but it doesn't matter. I still feel like the girl who was too fat. I still feel like the kindergartener who was made fun of. I have done a lot, but it feels small. Sometimes I wish I wasn't so tall. I wish I could just blend. But I am not blendable. I was made to stand out, but lack the confidence. Yesterday was bad, I cried a lot. I was going to take today off, I didn't. Because there were people in my head. 1. My mom-Don't let the bastards get you down. 2. Aaron Burr-I am the one thing in life I can control. 3. Me-F them. I am not quite as poetic as Lin, although we have the same name. I am me, I will stand up for me. I will not be bullied anymore. I will set boundaries and keep them. I will still love my students, but I will not be bullied by them. I will not feel bad for things that are not my fault. I hope...
