Age of Extinction

Archdoom

In a world of devastation and despair,

The skies are void, with no hope to repair.

The air is thick with toxins and decay,

Nature left to rot and crumble away.

Countless creatures have vanished from view,

Lost to history, futures long overdue.

Forests and fields are lifeless and dead,

Their former glory a distant memory in our heads.

The oceans once teeming, now empty and still,

Their once radiant hues forever stilled.

The skies once full of life and its song,

Now silent and empty, with nothing to prolong.

A sense of loss and anguish fills the heart,

A constant pain, the world forever torn apart.

The outcome of our actions, so reckless and dire,

Our fate sealed in our self-made quagmire.

No hope remains, no light in sight,

Only a world forever cloaked in eternal night.

The world is dying, its demise so near,

No escape, only a future of dread and fear.

In this age of extinction, humanity falls,

Nature reclaims what was once its all.

Those who remain face a dark fate ahead,

A world devoid of life, with nothing to be said.

Our mistakes, they cannot be undone,

Damage done, forever etched, forever shunned.

The world that we destroyed, forever lost,

Our future forever shattered, forever the cost.

In this world of darkness, we must accept,

Our fate and our consequences, with nothing left.

The world that we destroyed, we can never restore,

Our future forever lost, the end forevermore.
