Soul

Sumit Datta

Verses live and verses die
In the forest and under the sky.
Flowers blossom and flowers die
Leaves on soil a deep blue sigh.
Souls are deathless they never die
Live for ever, yet bid goodbye.

Being a Hindu, souls never die I also feel,
They are put in some other body by God,
An ant's soul may enter an elephant's body,
In this way God makes transfers wisely!
Your poem is small, but truly cute!
