Find me Zeus

Andi

Lie me in the soil beneath a tall oak tree

In hopes of Zeus finding me

Feed me the golden apples

That cursed Adam and almost killed Eve

When I cough do not grieve

Watch my mouth begin to bleed

Surely the snake will see to my reprieve

Wipe me clean, gift me, immortality

So I may fight next to Athene

She set the stone inside, aside

Desires for us to abide
