BLEEDING

LIZ

Notice of absence from LIZ
PEACE, LOVE, LIGHT!

I forgot the difference between dark and light, and it all got mixed in the laughs we had. Here I am, running fast, catching myself from the things I dared. And when I think I understand, my heart stops beating yet again.

The salted water runs down my face, burning deep, blinding my way. Although I chose to walk way, there are words I never said. Each a bullet that remains, buried in love I never felt.

Bleeding shadows, my escape, kept imprisoned in myself. I've patched my mind and stitched away, but it keeps pouring every step.

'Each a bullet that remains, buried in love I never felt.'
hope you find your way, to that promised tomorrow
where yesterday's, are but fragmented memories...
    (hard to get, at
    those shrapnel, daggers
    sunken, deep
    in that fractured remnant of
    our shattered hearts...
it hurts more, if we never
    realised
    just how deeply, we fell
    in love
    ..still
while we have Time, we can hope
    a laughter visits us soon
    devoid of remembrance ghosts..)
