It was more

BlessedbyGod

It was more than the wash rags I found on that day,

They looked new with makeup on them by the way,

You told me that it was your mom's makeup that was on it,

But what I seen and your excuse just doesn't fit,

But whatever, what's done is done, and neither here nor there,

But for the record,it broke me,and I honestly did care,

And I always do,if that means anything to you,

You are the reason I came here, and traveled 3000 miles to be with you,

It was more than the beach,I agree that it was fun,

But still when moved closer, it was like you got all quiet and was done,

You wouldn't kiss me when I tried to kiss you,

How do you think that made me feel, you see that from you,

And when you had me hide in your closet when your mom got home, when we could have officially met,

That made me feel horrible, like you were embarrassed of me in some way,or did you forget,

I tried years for you to tell them that you found someone that you loved,

But it must not have been the case, because I felt pushed aside and shoved,

Into a drawer like a dirty little secret, that you didn't want to share,

For what it's worth ,I always did care,
