These devotedly tender, hands
with fingers
vibrating in-sync, to your every
need
reach out, hoping like every time
before
that, they may yet soothe
your pain
cool, your nightmare past’s
feverish scars
trying to caress, your life’s bruises
to maybe, eventually
help champion, your recovery’s
blazing
Phoenix of triumphant, survival.
If you’d just, choose
to believe-in
what they offer, you
in the name of love.
Untiringly enveloped
in hope’s, patience
They shall ever remain
reaching out, waiting…

L.B. this offer, whether from person or nature itself, is a reassuring message to humanity of the goodness in this world and the belief necessary to remain positive to face the next day. A message that is lacking in the news, and social media so focused on the negative. A reinvigorating hope and warming aspiration for the better. So refreshing to hear.
what a generous reading of my humble effort
thank you, kind friend
indeed, our world needs anything that can offer us:
'A reinvigorating hope and warming aspiration for the better.'
Hope's patience that is ever reaching out, such a wonderful thought and truth to feast upon and revel in!
(oft, it's so hard to glimpse
those merciful anchors to our everyday life
so abundant is that sense
of doom n gloom, all around us
our steps, whispering
that cripplingly anxiety, what next?
mindset;
it's important, to look around us
once in a while
to get a glimpse of those opportunities
awaiting, upon our jagged path of life...)
so glad you enjoyed the read dear Poet
and connected with its hopeful message
thank you!
Priceless .... springs to mind and goes in part to ease this old fools conscience .. Neville
'inked words
as a soothing balm of poetic essence
to caress, nourish and reinvigorate us'
tis why we labour, to stain
one more barren page
ain't it, my most cherished Hyung
thank you!
This poem is so tenderly and beautifully written dear friend. Hands speak & touch in so many ways, reaching out to convey all that we feel and want to say. They touch the heart in every way.
(kind hands, do)
so glad you enjoyed the read, kind Poet
