I'm So Sorry

I'm so sorry for what I said,

It's not what I truly meant to say

I let my emotions get the best of me,

I shouldn't have spoken to you in that way.

I'm so sorry for causing you pain,

I never want to do it again.

I hope you will be able to forgive

And be happy as we continue to live.

As I promise that I will try,

To listen more and not make you cry.

I don't want to lose you, its my fear,

So I hope my apology will make things clear.

As I want you to know that I do care,

And my love for you will always be there.

I'm so sorry, as it was not right,

And I hope you can see the light.
