To be left on the shelf
When beauty abounds
To want to take credit
For what is not ours
A longing for favor
Applause and a cheer
Vanity rising
Can anyone hear
Don't worry if it ever gets read
Be confident in the messages sent
There are many masters
Choose carefully
Beauty it rises
When you forget about me.

"Don't worry if it ever gets read" I can very much relate to this line. I suppose it is what has kept me writing over the years.
