I miss u,

because now your gone.

But when you left,

all life was done.

You was the laugh of day,

and sad cry's at night.

God toke you away,

and that aint right.

We miss you alot,

And i hope you hear.

We miss you Anthony,

And love you dear.

  • Comment from author about the poem: This is a poem i wrote for my friend whom was killed in 2003 by a so called friend that we all went to school with. I miss him so much. I set back an wonder what his life would be like if he was still here and would we still be so close.

    I applaud the genuine feelings of the poem, however, I stopped at the stanza
    (God toke you away,
    and that aint right.)..
    As a good believers we have no right to object the act of God .. we accept his holy deeds because we don't know what is better for us ..

      I agree but at the time i was angry at everyone because i lost my best friend. He was a child no one should die like he did.
