Silence Kills

NewWolf

Silence in a relationship usually is a deadly thing.
You leave to wonder and the worse always comes to sing.
A horrible song that makes no sense though in your head the questions ring.
When if you've done something, it makes no warrant for the ending.

Silence takes the knife of confusion and twists the fear.
Did you scream too loud? Did you give not enough ear?
Did She find someone to take her away from here?

Is the universe now broken?
Is Her love for me stolen?
Did my anger push her away and this is me woken?
Too late because the silence really was the Trojan.

That same deafness rings with dripping face memories.
A warden to such a prison always puts you with inmate misery.
Enclosed in this mind cell, time becomes your enemy.
Finding an escape, eludes any possibility.

Silence in a relationship brings all fears to surface.
Does she really Love me? what in her life was my purpose?
Does she think that a man like me wasn't worth it?
Did I push her away now our connection is a bad phone service?

Silence in a relationship kills the bond.
It destroys the love and people tend to run.
They take to what makes the pain to numb.
I'd take a small smile; I'd take that crumb.

I'd rather have her look at me like she loves me.
hold my hand while we shop for groceries,
Be as One because she wants to be.
We take on the world, kill this silence and speak with me.

Silence is golden except when women are involved.
