I still remember it as if it was yesterday
That first glance when I looked at her
I was lost in the mist of her eyes
I knew I had to dance with the death
Love at first sight striked me
What I felt was pure & authentic
She was compelling me to come to her
I wanted to come whiter than white from the start
She was my starlight among that crowded place
I was so scared to talk to her
But when we started sharing conversation
It was so intense, But everything started to fall into pieces
That made me to be in the land of the living once again
And I'll always appreciate the love you've given me

I’m cursed as well with the love at first sight feeling, yet I love it, I love beautiful things, great poem, but I don’t understand the whiter than white part
It means that I wanted to come clean from the start &/or make my intentions clear from the beginning
