Would you switch them off

Christopher123

Looking down to to he one you love all that hurt is all to much.

No movement still as the night, screaming and shouting you need to fight.

But it's no good because they cannot hear,

Blood caked in tangled hair.

No movement not even a twitch the doctors saying we are going to turn of the switch.

In all the years and all the days the doctors jus left us in surreal daze.

Reeling about inside my head I can't believe believe there saying your brain dead.

So tell me I'm selfish for not wanting to switch that machine off, my eyes streaming while I sputter and cough.

I tell myself the doctors know best so I kiss your forehead and let you rest.
