CREATION

gramann001

I move my pencil across the paper

little gray bunnies start to appear

butterflies soon drift on summer air

I move my pencil across the paper

a shy vole sits up atop a fence

an owl blinks at the current events

I move my pencil across the paper

a caterpillar takes a taste of leaf

a moccasin basks still beneath

I move my pencil across the paper

a bumblebee hovers over a flower

a goose calls her goslings to her

I move my pencil across the paper

a cow looks on deep in thought

a branch reaches out in support

I move my pencil across the paper

a curious bird lands staring at me

I must admit this I did not forsee
