Dead!CLATTER

Notice of absence from Dead!CLATTER
I'm not going to post much after tomorrow due to school and stress, and overall just not having much time to make poems. I will post here and there, but other than that a whole lot of nothing. I hope you all have an amazing day though!! :] Remember to drink water and take care of yourself (bc you're important!!) :D

I am the midnight rising and falling

I am the thorn that you found in your side

I am the falling of sand in an hourglass

I am the time that you spent wondering

I am the tinge of guilt that lies dead in your gut

I am the midnight rising and falling

You see me but don't notice me

You see through but not direct

I am the time that has passed since you tried to forget

I am the time that you wasted trying to erase me

I am the sun coming to burn you alive in the morning

I am the moon threatening your eyes shut

I am the bland but bitter taste of tomorrow

I am the midnight rising and falling

Rising and falling

Rising and falling

Rising and falling

Yet you’re never prepared for me to come

Yet you never realize when I'm gone

You cease to exist in your own mind

You don't wanna exist in your own world

Rising and falling

Rising and falling

Rising and falling

Yet you never take in the day

Yet you never cared much anyway

it is futile to even try and escape

The evident end, and the evident decay

That has settled deep within your brain

That tells you we will meet again one day.

One day

One day

One day

One day is all I ask of you

Look at the sky

Look at the stars

Before it is too late

Because death bites your ankles the longer you wait

And the longer you procrastinate

The more time that flies away

Like a pigeon you failed to feed

I am the midnight rising and falling

Constantly taunting you into watching each and every step that you take

Don't walk too fast or too far, or you might just fall into the sediment that is the end of days.
