Statutes, and I for sure

- Comment from author about the poem: The hymn in the video is more of an Anglo-Catholic hymn, not that well known - not many clips of it. Laws, statutes, testimonies, decrees, etc, are mainly the same thing, or all similar. This is in 8.6.8.6. format.
