Where are you love?

jod-tow

Is this love?

From where is there light upon this lie,
My brain overthinks lay in bed at night,
Swollowed in darkness by these four walls,
The only one who knows my secrets from my whispering calls,
Un-able to rest this feeling unknown,
Taking over my body possessing my soul.
A deep sense of sickness and uncontrolable fear,
Looking through the window pain hoping you're near.
Pain the word I use to express my feeling for you love,
Wondering who is out there watching you from above,
Time passes, the overwelming suspense,
As I hear the dog bark and check over the fence,
The wine glass is empty,
Anger portrays,
Where are you my love? You've been gone for days.

  • Comment from author about the poem: Let out them dark past traumas and recognise them, there is a bump in your path for a reason. I write through my pain and reflect. My life is now good and I am at peace once again.

There are too many cliches here to have any clear meaning.Nothing is explained or developed.First of all Love doesn't exist its a myth.
