Only prayer left to pray

tantrum28

Well I figured I would find you here. Almost didn't recognize that stranger in the mirror.

I said the last time, it's the last time. Don't come around anymore.
Breaking everything I love and leaving broken pieces on the floor.

But I guess you're a little stronger, And have been hanging on longer, Then the pile of mess we've left behind.

So tonight it's going down, this all ends right here and now. You're a part of me that has to die.

Father this is me bowing my head, hitting my knees, saying all the prayers that I left unsaid.

This is me finding rock bottom, because digging my problems any deeper isn't helping me to solve em.

This is me giving it away, it's on you, let the chips fall where they may.

I know that doesn't sound like red letter scripture. But it's the only prayer i've got left to pray.
