What Happens When; Nobody's Perfect

ForeverJesus7

What happens to the ones,

who sniff cocain,

but ten years ago,

were baptized and saved?

What happens to the prostitute,

on the street,

who deep in her heart,

still believes?

What happens to the man,

in prison for fraud,

who no one believes,

gave his life over to God?

What happens to the gambler,

who always had to win,

and lost it all,

but ended up,

repenting of his sin?

What happens to the homosexual,

who everyday feels so dirty;

who has a reputation,

but still cries to God for mercy?

What happens to the corrupt cop,

who put away,

innocent men,

but realizes his mistakes,

and repents,

or the homeless,

fifteen year old drug dealer,

with no parents,

who prays to the Lord,

because he does not know,

where else love is?

Will Christ Jesus,

have mercy on them?

He did when he died,

on the cross for our sins.

He washed all,

of our sins away,

and sealed the deal,

when He rose on the third day.

He ascended into Heaven,

so we may have the opportunity,

to be with Him.

Yes, we will be judged,

but if we have salvation,

He will let us in.

Dear Dion! I don't mean to be facetious but I' ve been wondering if people like Hitler, the emperor Nero, Iwan the Terrible and the likes also had souls and if they could have been forgiven...

If they had accepted Christ and repented, then yes they could have been forgiven. Still, chances are, considering the lives that they had lived, they did not accept Him, and they are all burning in hell.
Jesus died for everyone. Everyone has the chance to go to Heaven. Alot of people just blow it. ... and yes, it is obvious that certain people live a life destined for hell.

Wonderful poem! Praise God in this holy week, he truly saves. I've seen it happen in other peoples lives, and he saved me from so many sins and from homosexual and agnostic mindsets.

Just goes to show it's never too late to repent. As you say, no one's perfect, and we all make mistakes in life. And forgiveness comes to all who pursue it. 👍
