Empty Tomb

Indeed, He has risen from the empty tomb,

Saving us all from impending doom,

The angels rolled the rock from the entrance to Jesus's tomb,

Leaving behind a bare and empty room,

Except for His shroud, that held the image of Christ,

The Son of God, whom has dearly paid our price,

Mary came and found the empty tomb,

Arriving in tears and covered in gloom,

She rejoiced when the Angel revealed that Jesus has risen ,

Freeing us all from our sinful prison,

The empty tomb was meant to be an example for sinners,

But instead, that Holy place makes all of us believers Winners,

It was there that Jesus set us free,

So that our blind eyes would be open, truly allowing us to see,

It was the pharisees folly,

That actually made the empty tomb HOLY !!
