I'm against the world

I'm against the world that turns its back

On those who are in need,

That looks away and ignores the facts

And leaves us to our fate to bleed.

I'm against the world that speaks of peace

But does not turn the other cheek,

That shows no mercy and never ceases

Its mission of vengeance and to seek.

I'm against the world that tells us lies

And denies our basic rights,

That pits us in conflict and divides

While we stand in the midst of the fights.

I'm against the world that's so unfair,

That never listens to our plea,

That never changes, never cares,

And never sets us free.
