Refrain from confronting others

To let serenity enter your heart
Avoid all grudges and strife
And strive for a peaceful life

Nah I need to have grudges - it saves me from further disappointments when my newly instituted trust (on your advice, Nafisha) is freshly abused.
i truly wish that you let them go - you will feel more relieved - the other person may or may not even be aware you are holding one...
