Dear Mary, mother of Jesus
I'm now going through yet another dark and lonely valley.
I'm afflicted with dementia, please intercede for me
And for my wife who recently went to her specialist to deal with her carpal-tunnel brought on by a heart attack.
I prayed your Rosary desperately three times that day during her surgery
Until one of the orderlies informed me several hours later that the procedure was a success.
I realize that if I didn't pray at all she would have died.
I responded to the ordely's good news
Saying..."hey...I'm a prayer warrior."
I thanked him on behalf of her doctor and surgeon.
I'm at home now, stuck at the house
I now pray the rosary several times daily for me and my family
As I cannot venture anywhere on the road
As I am her caregiver
Who sometimes screams obcinities and rants towards back at me
Over the little mistakes I make.
Now she has to get some rest as we are now both retired.
Mary please continue to intercede for me
And for my family
Because I still walk through this lonely valley...called life in general.
