    I love a sauna. Not sure about cooling off in the ice though.

      Ice baths and cold showers are like reverse saunas 😭 but way better effects

        That could be true. I have been finishing off my hot showers with the cold tap for a few years now, great for my bad back. Those Finns are crazy though!
