don't get caught in the wave

instead, try to ride it

for your emotions

might take you over

so before that happens

control it and yourself

because once lost

all is foregone

nothing is found again

for it is then hidden 

deep within the chambers of your heart

so I tell, and warn again

control yourself 

before all is gone 

because all that is left

is then deep, deep regret
