Routine

MysteryGhost

The alarm clock rings

Everyone wakes

Makes their breakfast

Leaves for work smiling

At work they sit at a desk

Or stand behind a bank counter

All to make people’s lives easier

With a smile on their face

They break for lunch

In unison they go to the break room

They make their food and eat

All the while smiling

The life is grim

People want the routine to change

But for now they wait

With a smile on their face
