Fear

My heart racing 

My mind going back and forth 

Words don’t come out 

I'm frozen

I have nothing to lose 

 

I look around and see no one 

Im alone 

In a room with him 

He’s tall and dark 

 

I feel his tight grip on my arm 

I try to runaway 

Fear strikes my body 

I’m numb 

 

I wonder if I’ll make it 

He grips tighter as I pull 

His breath on my face warm 

Me trying to catch my breath 

 

I know that Fear is here 

His grasp is strong 

I get tense 

I am feeling true fear
