Time

CreativelyUninspired

Time seems to go faster.

Long ago, when time went slow,

I savored every single, long, day.

But now it feels as if I’ve entered freefall

Tumbling ever downwards,

Going faster and faster

Wind rushing by as moments pass.

An unknown ground lay ahead,

Destined for impact, but obscured by clouds.

Yet, I fall, ignoring what’s ahead

Unable to hit the brakes.

Time seems to accelerate as we get older. You felt that in youth!

Did you ever break through the clouds? Time slows again. It's a sight to see. I hope you get to see it.
