Turning blind minds and opening blurred eyes

Eclisse

I keep asking.... who's going to hear?

If I keep looking...when will I see?

They all say patience....have patience...

Time will tell..

Tell me that I'm bad at patience.

I want you gone.

Go away...I don't want to see your face...

Hear your voice...or think your name.

You're a liar....

Always have been.

Who else did you whisper to?....

Who else did you bring...false happiness?

Who else have you lied to?

If you left... I'd sleep peacefully.

If you vanished, my vision would be clearer.

If you were silent, I could hear the truth.

Yet, you've gone so far away..but you're wretched presence remains..

What do I have to do...to make you go away?

I'll do anything...if it means I never have to see your face again...

I never want to picture your image... your smile..bright..and loving.

Or your eyes....soft and playful...the glint a welcoming glow...

I don't want to remember you as a loving man.

I want to only remember the monster you became...

I hate you....

What's worse is that I love you too...

I hate loving you.
