Pick your poison

……If it comes down to it, would you; now look at your kids, could you, with the coming catastrophe, should you. Can a society exist without being civilized, have we been wearing a disguise, I’m starting to see it in our eyes, that reptilian part of our brains was in charge all this time, I don’t think our morality has advanced passed a cow. We’ve had several tries, it’s ourselves we deny, we didn’t run into this much trouble figuring out how to fly.  Was ancient civilizations really civilized, or do we just say so because they had something similar to a high rise, or maybe they figured out static electricity and how to perform surgeries; even if they had clergies, we now do burglaries, send in the insurgents, so we can commit murder please, all that Heavenly Father stuff is designed so we can lie to ourselves and others with ease, it would appear our deep philosophical thoughts was just a suit, worn by a brute, thus we got spiritual justifications when to shoot, that’s like a hand in a boot, or sitting upside down when you poop. We even made God king on a throne with an army,  it was evil all awhile trying to charm me, why would an all powerful God need an army. If environmental degradations is uncivilized, than we’ve been savages for quite sometime, calling ourselves civilized.

    perspective to concept
    conceptualisations, to repurpose
    our propaganda concepts...
    deep down
    deep
    deep
    down
we innately know, right from wrong
    because
    we know, pain from happiness
    that's why
    we need to realise, everything
    we do to muddy
    our outlooks and camouflage
    that ease
of living life, simple and humble
    is a ploy or scheme
as we never needed a deity
    to accept, goodness and love
    in our lives
    to do unto others, as
    we'd like
    others to do for us...
    (all else, is that perverse
    of humanity's cesspool, toxicity
    where collectively, we choose
    to make life
that much harder for all of us
    knowingly
so we have that ready made excuse
    for the failures we anticipate
    due to those mistaken choices
    we so readily, make...!)

Do we have to mindfully choose to do right in every instance, the faithful would be terrified if they were to find out controlling one’s desires wasn’t good enough, but it is the lack of desire and being a being who needs no control that gets them through the gates. Is evil a mindful act of the sane or insane, surely god protects the sick, maybe Jesus’s words on the cross was fitting, “father forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

I am no believer, but for me Jesus's words from the cross sum it up so deeply... the thief, bully, robber baron, corporate polluter, or con artist may know what they do is wrong, violates some law or standard, and harms others... but they really have no conception of the scar they leave on the universe, the holes they make in souls, the perversion of the order of things. They really do not get it.
