Who Am I?

Froggy

A teenage girl with a heavy heart But her life feels like it's falling apart. She longs for a world that's bright and fair but instead she is met with constant despair.

Her friends all seem to have it all while she struggles just to stand tall her grades are slipping her dreams are fading and the eight of the world is suffocating

She looks in the mirror and sees a stranger a girls whos lost in her own anger she wants to break free from her life's chains but the darkness around her still remains

She dreams of a place where she can be free where she can find joy and just simply but for now she'll have to make do and hope that one day her dreams come true

So she takes a deep breath and tries to smile even though her hearts hurting all the while for she knows that someday, somehow her life will change and she'll find her way out

  • Comment from author about the poem: This poem is about a teenage girl who feels like her life is not perfect and she doesn\\\'t know who she is. She is very nice and has a big heart but that\\\'s all a mask. She can\\\'t be herself. Her grades are getting lower and she\\\'s getting stressed and doesn\\\'t think she\\\'s gonna be here longer. She can\\\'t be who she wants because then it will show how heartbroken/depressed she is. But everyday she tries her best to not show and keep life going hoping it will get better\r\n
