Today I saw,
an F-22,
Raptor in the sky,
practicing for the airshow,
flying low, and flying high.
Am I the only who's excited,
or do you also think that that's cool;
hearing the engine roar,
and seeing it hit Mach 2?

- Comment from author about the poem: Today I saw different jets in the sky practicing for the airshow. This is not my usual type of writing. Clearly, I am fascinated by fighter jets. They make me act like a twelve year old. Also, I must admit. I took the title from, 'Angels Flying To Close To The Ground'. I forget who sang it. I just know that it's a country song. May the Lord watch over you. Persistence is key
