On Life's Road

NewWolf

On this road we travel at times we get a chance at what real love is.
It's placed in our hands, and we're left to care for it like a polish to steel.
We dance and laugh with it interrupting all the negative spills.
Content and tranquil with this dream that seems all too real.

Pampered peace and never alone on this great rock.
We at times, find others who share the reality of life's hard knock.
Making all the difference while giving them that same love non-stop.

On that same road there are traffic jams for honor and forks for loyalty.
trial after trial you either grow together or fall apart noticeably.
People are often driven to one another by what channels their energy.
Only some can't keep that same energy and aim to make it last an eternity.

Love is a hurtful thing when your garden has no more beautiful flowers.
Away with memory making, taking on the world and its power.
Dismissed plans, the color of rooms to the curtains in the shower.
An entire mound of memorable pain, oh how massive does this list tower.

The road isn't a smooth one, it has a surprise around almost every corner.
You're to be wise and tread lightly and feel free to take these pointers.

Stay honest with your heart, be truthful in your words.
Love them more than the words, " I Love You" could ever be seen or heard.

Men, be Her King. Women, be His Queen.
