Dancing in the Rain

Prasun Goswami

Dancing in the Rain

Raindrops on my face

Puddles all in place

Dancing in the rain, my solace

Wet hair, soaked clothes

My spirit surely glows

Dancing in the rain, my solace

Thunder roars, lightning strikes

Nature's force alike

But dancing in the rain, my solace

No umbrella, no shoes

Just feeling the rhythm and blues

Dancing in the rain, my solace

Life may throw its curveballs

But in rain, my heart enthrals

Dancing in the rain, my solace

I go twirl and spin

Feeling alive from within

Dancing in the rain, my solace

The world may seem so bleak

But I'll dance on, be unique

Dancing in the rain, my solace

Life doesn't frighten me at all

Not at all

Not at all.

Dancing in the rain, my solace.
