When Jesus Christ died
He descended into hell
On a third day He rose again
And ascend into heaven
Sometimes I feel like
Hell is bound in death
The bottomless pit -a confined space
Too hot the outer darkness
Some will never test death
Until the coming of Christ
The old man who went to see Child Jesus
In the synagogue fulfillment of the prophecy
Hell a bottomless pit
Outer darkness in both
No movement even an inch -a confined space
Burning fire, too hot down there
Only one way of escaping hell
Try to be good -be honest
Like a lucky thief on the cross
Together you might be with Him in heaven
Like Lazarus and the rich man
Both died, a destined fate
Heaven and hell bound
Destiny lead the paths
(My small brain comprehend nothing)
