Beyond The Dying Wall

sinashta

What’s happened to you, my dear?

You seem wounded, whom did you defend?

Time’s up, but, you don’t seem to fear.

There’re cracks and aches, which I think I can mend.

I could convince your nightmares to vanish,

And guard your garden from the disease.

I could fill your empty spirit with cherish,

And paralyse the scars that might increase.

But, then, I found it, it was dark and strange,

There’re echoes of screams, a war,

Between two people who disagree to change,

“A heart, A head”, but no wins so far.

A whisper had broken into my ear,

“leave, there’s nothing else you could provide!”

I ran and ran, looking for my dear,

But, there was finally a winner: A suicide!
