untied

candacej90

you asked me what it is about you,

and i didn't wanna tell you.

the curve of your lips don't lie.

it's when you lay your head on my shoulder,

that you fit so damn perfectly.

yeah, i'm light as a butterfly.

as quick as my panties hit your floor,

so too, my reservations take flight.

it's you and me and nothing in between.

it's me and you and the crescent moon,

baby, the stars lightin' up the sky.

damn, i gotta say,

the curve of my lips don't lie.

you asked me what it is about you

yeah, i wish i didn't know.

but the smile on my face will tell you,

it's almost impossible not to glow.

is it the way you play your guitar?

or how you close your eyes to sing?

that i wish you could be mine,

damn, you pull my heartstring.

you asked me what it is about you

i guess it's too late to keep it inside.

you know that i adore you,

all my strings come untied.

always nice to find our nerve endings
    ignited by that mutually reciprocated
    electrifying attraction..
    thanks for sharing
