Meet Me In Dania

ForeverJesus7

It is a small city,
that can get better,
with you and me.
It has a train station,
an intercoastal,
with a port and a beach.
In this small city,
we can go,
to a national park,
or maybe a huge,
nature preserve,
with mangroves
in the river.
This small city,
is a fishing city,
with a lot of canals and boats.
So come meet me in Dania,
where our love can grow.

Westerly winds can often bring mischief.
Enticing the willows to dance.
Birds chatter over breakfast of oilseed
from the terrace dish.
A blissful moment air filled with
the smell of coffee.
Suddenly shattered by the wail of a siren.
That forbidding feeling once introduced
is hard to dislodge.

O house of Narnia
where blooms our compania
amidst the intercoastal water
and narrow-gauge railway router
knitting memory greater
making life much better
in the small-town attire
where life refuses to retire
O house of Narnia
you made me the compania
correcting my dystonia
rambling in a penchant colonia
peeking through the small-city streets
looking for things that seemed descrete
while blooming the flowers of affection sweet
nurtured in the soil of benevolance great
meet me in Dania
greet me like Sonia
meet me in Dania
bearing the Bougainvillaea.

O fair abode of Narnia's embrace,
Where joyous melodies interlace,
Amongst the waterways, an idyllic trace,
And railways, ancient, narrow in their pace.
'Tis here our memories find their birth,
In this charming realm, a cherished hearth,
Where life, unfading, springs forth its worth,
And retirement's notion finds no berth.
O dwelling of Narnia's splendid grace,
Thy presence, dear companion, I embrace,
Healing my tormented soul's distress,
Wandering through realms of sweet finesse.
Through cobblestone paths, I quietly tread,
Seeking hidden treasures, hearts widespread,
In quaint streets where secrets softly spread,
Beneath a canopy of love, petals red.
In Dania, let us meet, my friend,
As Sonia's warmth our souls transcend,
In gardens blooming, Bougainvillaea blend,
A rendezvous where bonds shall never end.
