what i don't say

-Hannah-

Faking smiles, blade-slicing on hips
Food sitting on the plate, uneaten, untouched
Flushing the toilet, lying on the cold floor
Facing all the mirrors away, can't face the pain

Baggy hoodies and baggy pants
Hiding every body part, shrinking shoulders in
Blasting music to cover up the sounds
Hoping and praying, one last time, that it'll all calm down

Lights becoming too bright
People getting way too loud
Laughter is a foreign sound
Pain is all that is known now

Shaking and trying to stand up straight
Sleep is such a hard task to acheive
Silence is the only thing that comes out
Slipping into depression, waiting for the snap
