Hell

stumbling, falling in the hole below,

i'm crushed by the weight of ,

torment & sorrow.

 

screams echo in my ears

making me wish that i couldn't hear.

it's an horrible sight to see,

demons issuing punishments & filled with 

glee.

 

i'm filled with dread as i grudgingly file through the gates,

praying that this by is some dreadful mistake.

i cry out, i scream, & beg,

only the sound of laughter is all i'm fed.

 

chains appear on my wrists,

i weep sadly, endlessly,

surrounded all around me are others

who look just like me. 

the fire disappearing from our eyes we have already 

forgotten the world that was filled with lies. 

some trudge through silently,

while others run away violently.

 

i solemnly swear to myself as a promise,

to never give in & accept the hell i'm in.

 

a decade has passed..

the only thing that lives with me still,

is my undying will.

they seek to crush it, destroy, & watch it crumble,

yet it stands strong, willing to survive.

 

angering, frustrating, disbelief fills them to the brim,

they cast me in the fire on a whim.

disdain & rage crosses their face fore they know they can't save,

their broken face.
