Growing Struggles

What would I include in a resume?
Dear company,
I’ve never gotten covid before not even once 
And that’s all I have to write 
Because I am struggling 
Even if I was succeeding at first 
And my lifeboat is filled with micro-tears 
People can’t see and assume I’m still sailing and swimming 
There isn’t a big iceberg like the Titanic 
But many people are on onboard 
My family and friends who are so supportive 
As the captain of the boat 
What can I do
Against the turbulent waves 
The vast ocean 
And cloudy weather
