Wheatfield waving,
It’s hazy sun dance.
Soon it will yield,
That of abundance.
A primary grain,
In a number of foods.
Pasta, Semolina, Bulgar, Couscous.
It is so very full,
Of what is nutritious.
B-vitamins, fiber,
And, what will nurture.
