Falling ,falling, falling
In the depths of deep despair
Letting negative feelings
To all your innards tear
Pausing to reflect
And ask yourself why ?
Is it really working
If you tear your hair and cry?
Rising slowly upwards
With peace in your soul
The hole has now been sealed up
And one is feeling whole..
