A Graveyard's Tale

Serene

It all began in the graveyard,
Where she etched her name with stones that pelted hard.
She rose from the false reputation grave,
That people dug for her to deceive and enslave.

She now lounges in a sparkling bathtub of diamonds,
Reading out loud people's sins and their heinous crimes.
Once accused of being a snake,
She's now made a throne that won't break.

Surrounded by snakes, and claims their fate,
And bites back when people try to spread hate.
Though her reputation took a hit like a car,
But she's a Grammy holder, a reigning star.

People caged her in lies and slander,
She crafted a swing and feasted with candor.
She and her kitty gang know that karma returns on a bike, burning cash,
Her girl bot crew is long gone, and is a thing of the past.

Her mere presence makes people quake,
But she slices them like a plane wings with a better take.
Her reputation is now at the top,
Of the mountain of her past selves' drop.

Why? Oh, 'cause she's dead and gone,
Now mocks their criticism with a song.
It's time to exclude her from the narrative of hate,
She has risen above it all, creating a new fate.
