Heaven in Himachal

Reflections Corporate Training Hub

In the heart of Himalayas, a land so divine,

Himachal Pradesh, where beauties intertwine.

A once-in-a-lifetime journey, forever cherished,

A tapestry of memories, never to be perished.

Snow-capped peaks kissed by the sun,

In Himachal's embrace, my heart was won.

Lush valleys painted in shades of green,

A breathtaking sight, like none I've seen.

The locals, a treasure with hearts so pure,

Their warmth and kindness, an eternal allure.

Embracing traditions, a vibrant tapestry,

In Himachal's culture, a spiritual reverie.

From Shimla's charm to Kaza's grace,

In Himachal Pradesh, nature finds its space.

Majestic hill stations, a sight to behold,

A haven for adventurers, fearless and bold.

The rivers flow with a melody divine,

Reflecting the beauty of this land, so fine.

Pristine lakes shimmering in tranquil grace,

A reflection of serenity, in every place.

Oh, Himachal Pradesh, a land so rare,

With every moment, a memory to share.

Forever etched in my heart, you shall remain,

A once-in-a-lifetime experience, never in vain.

Hence let us rejoice in Himachal's embrace,

And treasure the beauty, in every trace.

For this journey, a blessing, we shall proclaim,

Himachal Pradesh, forever engraved in our name.

I have always wanted to visit that region. You portray it beautifully in your poem.

Between India and the Indian, it is a never-ending love story. Even death cannot end it. Indian immigration to Mauritius started in 1835. We still have Indian culture, traditions, religion, music etc. Please see my poems on India at the site allpoetry.com. Little by little I will post the poems here.
