What is romance? is it flowers everyday just because your in love
What is romance? is it hugging the one you love endlessly making sure they are ok
What is romance? is it getting down on one kneel proposing to the one you need
love has sparks that light up the dark
love has moments that burn into your heart
love has things that make you believe in happy ending
What is romance? is it flowers everyday for the rest of your life
What is romance? is it hugging the one you love endlessly till you don't feel the pain anymore
What is romance? is it getting down on one kneel and promising the world to that one lucky person that make you feel like the world is at your feet

- Comment from author about the poem: So I use to be a hopeless romantic and I read a lot of books and seen a lot of movies and romance not exactly what you see on the big screen but if it was would it be all these things sometimes we forget how much effort we have to put into romance. So it wouldn't kill if romance could include flowers or telling someone you love them or all the extra things just make sure the person your romancing is appreciated. This poem is about what romance could be and how when you love there are so many things you feel. I can't say I have been romanced per say but I can say I know what love and appreciation look like when I see it. I like to say I know when I'm in love and what it would feel like to be loved in return but only time will tell the truth about that but I don't mind the wait because it not easy and never going to be easy but today that what I wanted to talk about. Love and romance comes in many forms and ways and it always a feeling I don't mind talking about.
