I reached out to grasp his hand
he pulled away from me almost like I burned him
his response was cold that it froze my bones
a chill went up my spine as he got close
his gaze was unwavering as he caressed my face
warmth spread throughout his fingertips
"My undying love for you isn't enough to waver their choice, leave and never return."
an objection wasn't allowed as he stood and left my heart on the ground
I felt like our paths were never there to begin with
chasing after him won't change anything
with a heavy feeling in my gut, I left the plaza
love for this holy man was gone
just like a blanket lifted from my body
disregard my judgment for not fighting for my love
many obstacles stood in front of me
imprecation left my mouth as I felt something touch my foot
looking down it was a petite ring
gold banding gleaming clashing with the marble floors
his love was supposed to be undying
but just like this ring, it was small and fragile
bound to break with the slightest pressure
has our love ever been there?
I wish.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A MASTERPIECE! I'm Lovin it. may I ask the anime name tho? :>
Vampire Knight is not a well-loved anime but it gets the brain jogging for tragic romance.
damn thanks
