I heard once in a movie "we accept the love we think we deserve."
I understand where that's coming from, I just don't agree with it.
Me personally I know what I deserve, and I know the people around me know what they deserve as well.
Sometimes we just try our best to convince ourselves that we are being loved correctly because we don't want people to think the person, we love is a bad person.
Other times we just think that we can love someone enough that they will learn how to love us correctly. It never works that way, but we can hope right?
Nobody ever truly accepts not being loved correctly.
