Thoughts are attacking me
Emotions are eating at my skin
But I have to take it
Or I can't feel anything
And my mind is blank
Which is way more scary
Than being in pain
Cause I have the upper hand
I have something to guide me
Eventually down the road
There will be a light that will find me.

I read this twice but nothing is explained so I couldn't understand it
My comments on the poem "Find me” by Anabasova
You are going through mental turmoil. Thoughts and emotions are working against you, but you resolve to fight back. You are right in fighting back. You rightly say that a blank mind is more scary than pains. With a blank mind you lose anchor points that help you move along, in spite of problems coming your way. However, you remain lucid because you know you will navigate through all this. The tunnel must end at some point : then there will be light there. “Hope springs eternal in the human breast.” John Keats (1795-1821).
