Promise.

Ajax (he/xe)

you broke your promise.

i don't know why i expected anything from you

it's turned into a cycle

where I end up broken and used.

i gave you my trust

you snapped it in half

i won't fall for it again, though

this time was the last.

I'm sick of trusting, and loving, and feeling.

i want this to end,

my patience is leaving.

I'll scream, I'll cry,

as you rip my heart out.

but in the end, I'll thank you.

cause I still love you, somehow.
